If you are raising capital or considering investing in an innovative venture, you need Investor Shield

Project Size

Investor Shield has a minimum investment requirement of $100,000. We can't protect capital outlays smaller than that. On the high side there is virtually no limit limit. We do require that a single investment allocation not exceed $50 Million , and that each tranche be spaced out a minimum of one year.

Target Industries

Investor Shield is completely industry agnostic. Our companion asset is a bullseye for nearly every project founders conceive and investors choose to support. An important condition in creating the Investor Shield program was to not impede the innovative process. If your project is legal and benefits humanity, Investor Shield will help make it happen.
